Gabriel Eklou (born 1966) is a Ghanaian painter. Born in Accra, Greater Accra.

He spent his childhood in Togo and attended schools in Togo, Benin and Ghana. He has been interested in painting since he was a child, and while drawing, he studied as an accountant and worked for a travel-related company, but in 1996 he began his activities as a painter in earnest.

In August 2004, he held his first solo exhibition in Canada. In July 8, with the encouragement of Hiroko Yoneyama, a Japanese lecturer at the University of Ghana, he held a solo exhibition at the Taiki Town Lifelong Learning Center in Hokkaido].
