Albert Kwaku Obbin (born 4 Kɔtɔnimaa1956) yɛ Gaana amanhyɔni ne ɛkane mmrahyɛbɛdwani ma Prestea-huni valley abatoɔ mpasua wɔ Atoeɛ mantam, na ɔsan dɔn New Patriotic Party.[1]
