In this picture, the man in the centre is Bridegroom(Dulha) and the females who are surrounding him are his family members like sisters, mother, aunties and sister in laws maybe some friends also. They all are celebrating one of a holy and traditional rituals of Hindu Marriage called "Haldi". In this ritual all family members apply Haldi(Turmeric Powder) on face, hand, head and on feet of the Bridegroom and convey their best wishes and blessings to him for his happy wedding life. It is one of the main rituals of Traditional Bhartiya Hindu Wedding. Haldi ceremony is celebrated for the Bride also, the same way.
